Melissa Amber Seals
At 3 years old, Melissa (aka Missy) tried her best to keep up with her brother. She could jump and run and dance, just like him. However, she had a mind of her own with an active imagination, and could be very stubborn. She was a very typical little girl and loved dress-up, but she also liked to play camp too. She was starting to show fears, mainly being afraid of dirt and ladybugs on the floor, lint between her toes and often the cat - she put her fingers in his mouth a little too often.
At her 3-year checkup with Dr. Paul Jarvis, Missy was 40½ inches tall and weighed 32 pounds. She was tall and skinny - making it a pain to find pants that fit! Missy loved to talk and knew her letters, numbers to at least twelve, colors, shapes and first and last name. She was starting to read a few small words, like "up." She was also potty trained! (She really wanted to wear big girl underpants.)
She played well with Aaron at times and fought with him at others. Typical siblings!
